FNQRRC 125GP - Class Rules
ELIGIBILITY AND MACHINE COMPLIANCE FOR THIS CLASS SHALL BE DETERMINED BY USE OF THE MOTORCYCLING AUSTRALIA 2009 MANUAL OF MOTORCYCLE SPORT AND CLASS/MACHINE SPECIFIC ELIGIBILTY CRITERIA CONTAINED WITHIN THE RULES DETAILED BELOW.
THE FNQRRC ROAD RACE COMMITTEE WILL CONSIDER ANY & ALL APPLICATIONS FOR ALTERATIONS TO THE RULES IN THE SPIRIT OF FNQRRC 125GP RACING. ANY PROCESS THAT INVOLVES DETERMINATION OF MACHINE ELIGIBILITY SHALL INCORPORATE CONSULTATION WITH FNQRRC CLUB MEMBERS ACTIVELY COMPETING IN THAT CLASS.
ISSUES NOT ADEQUATELY ADDRESSED BY THESE METHODS SHALL BE DETERMINED BY THE FNQRRC ROAD RACING COMMITTEE.
CLASS SPECIFIC ELIGIBILTY CRITERIA
1. CLASS: 125GP Machines in accordance with FIM regulations. At this time, Honda RS125 and
Yamaha TZ125 is the machine utilized in the class. Other machines may be considered to
address insufficient entries at a particular meeting, however this shall only occur with the approval
of the Clerk of Course and / or the Steward, and other competitors in the class on 125GP
machinery.
2. EXHAUST SYSTEM: Noise emission shall not exceed parameters as defined in The Motorcycling
Australia 2005 Manual Of Motorcycle Sport Clause 5.7.
3. TYRES: TYRE TYPE IS OPTIONAL, HOWEVER EXTENT OF WEAR SHALL BE
IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MOTORCYCLING AUSTRALIA 2005 MANUAL OF
MOTORCYCLE SPORT.
4. TYRE WARMERS ARE NOT PERMITTED
The implementation and enforcement of the FNQRRC 125 GP rules is governed by the FNQRRC ROAD RACING Committee. Penalties for non-compliance will be determined by the committee.
